A Start to More Healthy Meals
I have personally set a goal for myself this summer to start eating healthy food that makes me feel better AND look better for swimsuit season. Thought I would share some of the things I make this summer to hopefully inspire others to eat better along with me! Here's what I had yesterday:
If anyone gets the award for best quiche, it is my mother. Over the weekend she made a delicious ham and spinach quiche that was sooooo good, it makes me hungry just thinking about it.
